Does it hurt to have the IV line inserted?
There’s often the pinch of the needle starting the line. Some report no pain at all. Thankfully if there is a pinch, the discomfort is under 2 seconds.
Is there an alternative to TRACE IV?
This is a voluntary therapeutic procedure. We do not diagnose, treat or cure any ailments or diseases. Alternatives include oral supplementation of vitamins, amino acids, electrolytes, consumption of water, and lifestyle changes.
What will I feel? How do I know this is beneficial?
With the IV portion of the experience, you won’t feel much of anything. Perhaps you’ll feel the temperature of the nourishing liquid going through your veins. You are likely to feel relaxed, at peace, and a sense of satisfied hydration. Later you may feel bursts of energy with an uplifted sensation.
How long do benefits last?
TRACE IV nutrients are more readily utilized by the cells that need them. When they function better, you function better. Nutrient levels tend to remain elevated between one and three weeks depending on other lifestyle factors – such as hard training athletes, those with stressful jobs, etc.
Why is my TRACE IV experience more than an hour when others do it in 30 minutes?
Rapidly forcing a liter of liquid and nutrients can overload the kidneys causing them to go into “dump” mode and releasing the nutrients through waste. A liter in the hospital is usually infused over a period of hours to ensure proper hydration and utilization by the body.
I’m an athlete. Will this mess up a drug test?
Absolutely not. This is a hospital-grade IV treatment that you would receive if admitted to the hospital. It will not impact any PEB tests.
Will I taste the vitamins?
Some people report they can taste certain vitamins. If you find this distracting, we offer snacks, fruit, and drinks to alleviate the sensation.
Can pregnant women use TRACE IV?
Absolutely! A little extra hydration is terrific for mom and baby.
Is there anything I should avoid doing after my TRACE IV?
No! Go out and live your best life. Kick up your heels. Go exercise. Go celebrate life.
