Founder, President

Laura is a once in a lifetime individual. With over 5 patents and fluent in over 7 languages from French to Russian, least we say she is an inventor and innovator at heart. Aside from that, she is a mother of two beautiful daughters whom are her world. She is driven to see people’s lives change and watch the beauty of that change unfold because of what she creates. Tension Release Therapy is one of those inventions, to help individuals with chronic pain experience relief to live fuller lives, those who have only been told there is no hope, her mission is to give them hope.

Zach Rumfield

Certified Breathwork Practitioner

Zach is from Corpus Christi, where he played college baseball as a pitcher. He is what we call the jack of all trades. An avid dancer, boxer, and friend on his off time. Zach loves to be a vessel for people to release pent up emotions and stress through breathwork. The experience of the release, and sharing this powerful tool with others is a massive driver for Zach.

Cheick Kongo is a French heavyweight mixed martial artist and former kickboxer who fights in Bellator MMA. A professional MMA competitor since 2001, he has also competed for the Ultimate Fighting Championship. As of October 26, 2021, he is #2 in the Bellator Heavyweight Rankings. Aside from being a fighter, Cheick brings a pure enthusiasm for helping others and making a positive impact on communities at home and abroad.

Arsène Nkusi is from Rwanda. He learned how to create masterpiece videos that tell compelling stories and reach people at their core. He currently operates out of Paris, France and is increasingly motivated to give back to where he came from. His enthusiasm and creativity bring life to much of Trace's content on a daily basis.
